City Budget Process kicks off NLA Workshop Series

The Neighborhood Resources Connection announces its 2018 Neighborhood Leadership Academy Workshops.

The series of four free workshops will help neighborhood leaders, community organizers, or any interested residents learn more about strengthening their South Bend neighborhoods.

The series kicks off with a presentation on the City of South Bend’s budget process on Thursday, July 12 at 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
